Pursuant to the case filed by Barrett Commodities Private Ltd against the company Under Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016, Honourable NCLT, Hyderabad vide Order no. CP(IB)218/9/HDB/2019 admitted the case and ordered Commencement of Insolvency Resolution Process for the company on 10th July 2019. The NCLT vide above order has appointed Mr. Venka Reddy Bathina as Insolvency Resolution Professional for conduct of the CIRP process.
